Macarthur Community College - Wine Workshop.
A compact four-hour course during which you will learn about the different grape varieties and how they taste; style, structure and the assessment of wine; how your palate judges wine; cellar and service and the rules of food and wine matching. Ten excellent wines to taste. Notes and palate refreshers provided. Have a substantial lunch before you attend! You must be over 18 years of age to enrol in this course.
