Introduction to Wine - Two Sessions
A short course for novices as well as the wine lover wanting to know more and improve their tasting skills. Twenty-four wines will be tasted to illustrate topics such as Grape Varieties, Basic Winemaking, Regions and Wine and Food Matching. A free map of Australian Wine Regions is included in the price.
